Sunday Madrassa Does Not Reimburse Tuition after two weeks.
PAYMENT: Please make checks payable to “Sunday Madrassa”. Under memo write your child’s name.
PAYMENT ON or AFTER AUGUST 19, 2012: Bring your check to the Sunday Madrassa office -Student(s) name(s) must be on the Memo.
Payment options:
One time(Full) Payment : Amount Due before Sept 9,2012
Payment in 2 installment: 1st installment due before Sept. 9, 2012 and 2nd Installment due by Jan. 6, 2013
Monthly Payment (6 installments): 1st installment due before Sept. 11, 2011 and Last payment due on March 31, 2013
Monthly Payment (12 installments): allowed only through Automatic withdrawal

Plan C: For parents who wish to get a tuition write off. We offer $300 write-off to all parents, who are volunteer teachers or do administrative work for a minimum of 2 hours per week. This excludes substitute teachers & volunteers.
- Volunteer’s Tuition reimbursement Program: All volunteer Teachers will be eligible for Tuition reimbursement for their children or siblings depending on how many hours they teach or work. Teaching one class would mean one child will be free and you will have to pay tuition for rest of the children. Someone who is doing an administrative work must volunteer for at least 2 hours every Sunday to earn one child’s tuition re-imbursement (High school student volunteers will not be a part of this program.)
Financial Aid
If you want to apply for financial aid you must bring following proof of eligibility.
- Last Federal Income Tax return form (1040) for the last year
- Unemployment certificate
- Both Parents SSN

Outstanding Balances
If you are aware that you have an outstanding balance with the Weekend Madrassa, please make it a point to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Families whose outstanding balances are not resolved will not be guaranteed placement. If you feel you received a notice from last year in error, stop by the office and we’ll gladly rectify the situation.
